2009
All our own activities, along the 2009, were concentrated to boost our Managed Properties Section. Unfortunately in the beginning of September 2009 due the bad economic period, and the credit crunch climax, the Managed Properties Section was unexpectedly closed. In one night the company decided to split all pending contracts and stop the activity.
Actually a few customers has to be refunded and many more were refunded yet, slowly and with a very high limitated monthly available budget. In order to be clear with fairness and to take care about all outstanding dues the company has in plan to edit on line the ongoing refund schedule on the Managed Properties web page.
a brief analisys:
1) Ganesh Management Ltd. managed 2 amazing and luxury properties in London (close to Greenwich and in the Canary Wharf hearth - West India Quay) from November 2007 up to September 2009 for a total amount of 13 beds.
2) Received 1973 emails, locked 110 contracts giving accomodation to more than 500 people.

Its focus is on becoming an important part of cultural production linked with the territory, targeting human and economic resources, generating innovations and the evaluation of potential offerings from the local region.
